WHO WE ARE

Finley PCP (Passionate Community Participants) is a community based project that has evolved over time and our intent is to utilise existing funds and other donations to purchase a community owned property to secure an appreciating asset which will also generate income in perpetuity.

Our aim will be to have income available for community needs and creating a future fund that will be available for the community and our service clubs to embark on projects that otherwise may have been out of reach financially.

The primary aim of the company is to own a valuable rural land asset with income earning capacity, where ultimately the income generated can be used as a resource to drive worthwhile opportunities for the betterment of the Finley community.
